Here's a Schematic of Energy movement. It is one of my journal entries where I try to relay the ineffable.
In the bottom left corner you can read, "2 is life although we feel it in 3 because 2 requires consciousness for "the activity" to breath and 3 allows a "resting phase" in which 3 breathes residuals of 1 & 2."
Meaning, we experience life in the third phase of a contribution from Spirit (1st) and Consciousness/Soul (2nd). At the point when we experience life, there were 2 contributors that preceeded physical awareness.
In the bottom, right: "Soul develops by contrast of light ... these effects are not because of us, they live as a result, consequentials, that allow us to find (our true) reality."
